On the eve of the Forensic Examiner’s Day of Ukraine, Oleh Syniehubov and the Director of the NSC FSI, Serhii Tiulieniev, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The goal is to deepen collaboration on scientific, forensic, and analytical issues (particularly to foster the continuous development of science and forensic practice in Kharkiv and the region).
This cooperation will enhance coordination and boost the effectiveness of both parties in developing Kharkiv and the surrounding area, despite Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine.
After signing, the leaders discussed a roadmap to achieve their goals. The Center’s units chiefs also joined the discussion.
