Dear Colleagues and Partners,
On 27 February 2026, forensic experts, representatives of the judiciary, public authorities and law enforcement agencies, scholars, practicing lawyers, and other interested professionals are invited to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues of Expert Support for Justice in Administrative Jurisdiction Cases: Current State and Development Prospects”. The conference is planned to be held through fruitful cooperation between the National Scientific Center «Hon. Prof. M. S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute» of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Scientific and Practical Hub «Rule of Law», and the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court, in offline and online formats
The main purpose of the conference is to create a professional platform for discussing current issues of expert support of justice in cases of administrative jurisdiction, analyzing the current state of judicial practice and forensic expert activity, exchanging scientific achievements and practical experience, as well as identifying prospects for the development and improvement of methodological, organizational, and regulatory support of forensic expert activity in Ukraine.
The thematic focus of the Conference covers modern approaches to expert support for administrative justice in Ukraine:
· modern approaches to expert support for administrative justice in Ukraine;
· appointment and time limits for conducting expert examinations — procedural filters, justification, and the limits of judicial discretion;
· judicial practice of appointing expert examinations by administrative courts;
· expert support for the administration of justice in cases of administrative jurisdiction;
· the current state of forensic expert activity in Ukraine;
· forensic examination in administrative cases;
· methodological approaches, typical mistakes, limits of expert competence, and application practice under martial law;
· methodological support for forensic expert activity;
· assessment of an expert opinion in administrative judicial proceedings;
· interaction between courts, law enforcement agencies, and expert institutions;
· impact of martial law on forensic expert activity;
· prospects for the development of expert support for the administration of justice.

The author(s) will be informed by email by the Conference Organizing Committee about successful registration and receipt of the submitted materials.
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation in the Conference and an electronic collection of conference materials via email.
