On September 20, 2024, Serhii Tiulieniev, Director of the National Scientific Center «Ноn. Prof. М.S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute», and Ruslan Kravchenko, Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction.
The document outlines collaboration in the areas of scientific and forensic expertise activities. This includes scientific research, organizing joint events, and providing scientific-methodological, consultative, and practical support.
The effectiveness of the cooperation between NSC FSI and the Kyiv RMA was noted by Andrii Haichenko, Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine: "I thank my colleagues for their highly effective collaboration. The expert institutions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine always stand on the side of legality and are ready to assist in solving the most complex challenges."
According to Serhii Tiulieniev, NSC FSI experts have already conducted a series of high-level construction and technical examinations upon the request of the Kyiv RMA.
Ruslan Kravchenko also acknowledged the productive experience of the military administration's collaboration with the NSC FSI and expressed a desire to expand it further.
