National Scientific Center «Ноn. Prof. М. S. Bokarius Forensic Science Institute» (hereinafter referred to as «NSC FSI») is developing systematic cooperation with the American company ANDE Corporation, which specializes in the production of equipment in the field of DNA analysis.

On 17 January 2025, Serhii TIULIENIEV, Director of the NSC FSI, and Stephen MEAR, Chief Information Officer of ANDE Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ANDE), signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and Interaction.

The Memorandum, in particular, provides for consolidation of efforts to develop scientific and information links, exchange of experience, and assistance in training qualified personnel through joint events.

- «The conclusions of forensic experts are an integral part of the process of documenting war crimes committed by the russian federation. That is why we are joining our efforts to improve the efficiency of our work in the face of the growing challenges of wartime» said Serhii TIULIENIEV, Director of the NSC FSI.

It should be reminded that in June 2024, ANDE donated a fully autonomous mobile laboratory for rapid DNA testing to the Kyiv Branch of the NSC FSI. And the following month, the experts of NSC FSI, using the ANDE equipment, conducted molecular genetic examinations to identify the persons who died during the russian missile attack on the civilian infrastructure of Kyiv on 8 July 2024.
