We invite forensic experts, scientists of higher education institutions and research institutions, law enforcement officials, courts and other lawyers who are actively conducting scientific and practical research in the field of forensic science and criminalistics, to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference Conference «Topical Issues of Forensic Science and Criminalistics» dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Renowned Criminalist, Doctor of Science, Professor Rudolf Archibald Reiss.
Rudolf Archibald Reiss is an outstanding criminalist, scientist and practitioner who has made a significant contribution to the development of criminology, forensic science and law enforcement. His scientific achievements became the basis for modern methods of crime investigation and the introduction of expert technologies. The conference will be a platform for discussing his scientific heritage, as well as modern challenges and prospects for the development of criminology and forensic science.
The main purpose of the conference is to discuss current problems, trends and prospects for the development of forensic science and criminalistics. The conference is aimed at exchanging scientific achievements and experience in the field of forensic science and criminalistics, analyzing current challenges and the latest methods in the investigation of crimes, improving the interaction between scientists, practitioners and representatives of law enforcement agencies and honoring the scientific contribution of Rudolf Archibald Reiss to the development of criminalistics.
Thematic directions of the conference:
— the historical contribution of Rudolf Archibald Reiss to the development of criminalistics and forensic science;
— modern directions of development of forensic science and criminalistics;
— criminalistics and forensic science in the context of modern challenges;
— regulatory and legal support for forensic and expert activities;
