PROGRAM
We invite forensic experts, scholars from higher education institutions and research establishments, representatives of law enforcement bodies, courts, and other legal professionals actively engaged in scientific and practical research in the field of forensic support for justice and criminalistics to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Current Issues of Forensic Science and Criminalistics», dedicated to the memory of the outstanding scholar, Doctor of Law, Professor Vladyslav Fedorenko («Fedorenko Readings»).Vladyslav Leonidovych Fedorenko was an eminent scientist, lawyer, and the author or co-author of more than 550 scientific publications. Throughout his more than 25 years of academic and teaching career, he actively studied international scientific experience in universities and research institutions worldwide, constantly engaged in creative scientific pursuits, and tirelessly worked on implementing academic achievements to address practical problems.
Conference thematic areas:• Development of V. L. Fedorenko’s scientific school;• Problems and prospects of forensic science, forensic ethics, and other areas of forensic support for justice in Ukraine;• Forensic expertise under martial law;• Application of criminalistic methods and tools during investigation and trial;• Regulatory and legal framework of forensic activity;• Criminalistic issues of combating organized crime;• Current issues of forensic science theory;• Problematic issues of the development of different types of expertise;• Forensic practice: modern methods and technologies;• Scientific and methodological support and training of forensic personnel, forensic didactics, etc.
